Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

• Books and magazines must not show signs of use, marking, folding, or wear.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
